What do I need to bring?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each person signing. Driver's license or passport both work. The documents you need notarized should be unsigned until I arrive.

Can you notarize documents at a hospital or nursing home?

Yes. I coordinate with floor staff and can work around medical equipment and visiting hours. Hospital and care facility visits are $100 and include extra time for the coordination involved.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

When my schedule allows, yes. Call or text (774) 300-9409 and I will let you know what is available. A $35 rush fee applies for same-day requests.

What types of documents can you notarize?

Any document that Massachusetts law permits a notary to notarize, including Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxies, real estate deeds, affidavits, loan documents, and more. I cannot provide legal advice or prepare documents.

How do I pay?

Cash, credit/debit card, or invoice. Payment is due at the time of service unless we arrange invoicing in advance.
